At Quick Crêpes we love our go-to favourites like lemon and sugar and Nutella, but we also like to get adventurous with mouth watering savoury crêpes, and naughty sweet treats, a crêpe for all tastes!




Tuna Mayo
Ingredients
(Per crêpe)
- 125g Quick Crêpes Crêpe Mix
- 300ml fresh cold water
- Cheddar cheese – grated
- Tuna
- Sweetcorn
- Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Mix the crêpe mix and water in a jug.
- Whisk to a smooth consistency – don’t worry about a few lumps, they’ll disperse soon enough when cooking
- Heat your pan on a medium flame and add a little butter
- Lift and turn your pan while gently pouring in the mix, to ensure a thin, even layer
- Cook until the edges become lacy and begin to curl inwards – then flip your crepe over
- Mix together tuna, sweetcorn and mayonnaise and add to crepe.
- Fold and serve.
