At Quick Crêpes we love our go-to favourites like lemon and sugar and Nutella, but we also like to get adventurous with mouth watering savoury crêpes, and naughty sweet treats, a crêpe for all tastes!

Ingredients

(Per crêpe)

  • 125g Quick Crêpes Crêpe Mix
  • 300ml fresh cold water
  • Demerara sugar
  • One dessert spoonful of Grand Marnier or Cointreau
  • Chocolate – grated

Instructions

  1. Mix the crêpe mix and water in a jug.
  2. Whisk to a smooth consistency – don’t worry about a few lumps, they’ll disperse soon enough when cooking
  3. Heat your pan on a medium flame and add a little butter
  4. Lift and turn your pan while gently pouring in the mix, to ensure a thin, even layer
  5. Cook until the edges become lacy and begin to curl inwards – then flip your crepe over
  6. Sprinkle with demerara sugar.
  7. Pour over Grand Marnier or Cointreau; it will be absorbed by the sugar.
  8. Sprinkle grated chocolate over the folded crepe.
