At Quick Crêpes we love our go-to favourites like lemon and sugar and Nutella, but we also like to get adventurous with mouth watering savoury crêpes, and naughty sweet treats, a crêpe for all tastes!

Greek Goddess

Ingredients

(Per crêpe)

  • 125g Quick Crêpes Crêpe Mix
  • 300ml fresh cold water
  • Cheddar cheese – grated
  • Feta cheese – chunks
  • Olives – sliced
  • Sun dried tomatoes
  • Basil leaves – torn

Instructions

  1. Mix the crêpe mix and water in a jug.
  2. Whisk to a smooth consistency – don’t worry about a few lumps, they’ll disperse soon enough when cooking
  3. Heat your pan on a medium flame and add a little butter
  4. Lift and turn your pan while gently pouring in the mix, to ensure a thin, even layer
  5. Cook until the edges become lacy and begin to curl inwards – then flip your crepe over
  6. Add the cheddar cheese, chunks of Feta, sliced olives and sun dried tomatoes.
  7. Fold and drizzle with the oil from the sun dried tomatoes.
  8. Garnish with torn basil leaves.
  9. Fold and serve.
